Intro Session with Leader

Month 1: Working Genius Team Workshop
Look at Working Genius assessment results, across departments and across company. We will discuss how this understanding might shift how we do the work as a team.
Month 2: Making meetings count
Meetings, more often than not, impede productivity. How to create meeting structures that increase productivity and invite the right team members into the right meetings.

Month 3: Leadership Team Observation
Sit in, take notes and give insight on implementation of WG concepts/values.​

Month 4: Deep Dive
Custom deep dive into a topic specific to team i.e. new process, profitability
​
Month 5: Integrating Teams (pt 1)
Moving towards Trust, Navigating Differences

Month 6: Integrating Teams (pt 2)
Commitment Issues, Accountability and Grace, Results Matter

Month 7: Org Health ReBoot (2-day Onsite)
Doing the work around building cohesion in the leadership team, bringing clarity to the BIG organizational questions and creating a clear communication strategy for rest of the team.

Month 8: Leadership Team Observation
Sit in, take notes and give insight on implementation of WG concepts/values, integration and follow up from ReBoot.

Month 9: Deep Dive
Custom deep dive into a topic specific to team i.e. new process, profitability.

Month 10: What is the ideal team member?
What to look for, how to cultivate and how to retain the ideal team members for your organization.​
​
Month 11: Review and Integration Exercise
Pulling it all together and solving an organizational problem together, using what we’ve learned this year.

Month 12: Onward Ho!
We’ve taken a hard look at ourselves, at our team, at our organization. We’ve learned much and applied that knowledge. What’s next?
